AUC Rule 012 - Due for a rewrite?

AANVIS is seeking input from AANViS members to propose a rewrite to AUC Rule 012. The current process isn't working and requires an aligned redo of the rule and we feel that AANViS are best placed to do this and propose this to the regulator.
